Network problem (wifi and ethernet)

Hello!
I am having problem with the wifi and ethernet. The raspberry pi 3 connects .. in the batocera menu appears the ip but the status is as disconnected. I can download scraps but I can not update the system. I am using version 5.8 and I want to upgrade to 5.10.
I looked in the forum and did not find the answer... Anyone know what I can do?

ZeroMeia If your problem is wifi, i don't know how to fix it... But if the problem is update batocera from 5.8 to 5.10:

Unzip this file in the root of sdcard, the only partition u can see on an ordinary win pc.
