Raspberry Pi Zero 2W - Lagging on menu UI (16 FPS)

The menu UI is very low FPS, i see that the video size starts ar CEA 16 (1920 × 1080 : 60)
But is too high for this cheap board

I tried to force CEA 4 (1270 × 720 : 60) via SSH
Reboot ES
and works kind better (45 FPS)

I tried to change the boot files, to force CEA 4 (1270 × 720 : 60), but it seems that doesn’t work, it aways boot at CEA 16 (1920 × 1080 : 60)
