Batocera NES, Megadrive PAL mode ?

Hello.

I installed batocera on my old laptop.
I'm interested in emulation of NES and SEGA MD.
Everything works, but most of the games are in the accelerated 60Hz, regardless of the Roma regions.
In the iron consoles of the NTSC region, the game slowed to the standard Pal speed.
I did not find anything similar in batocera, although in some Windows emulators there is a similar function - PAL, etc.
I do not like playing fast.
I hope that this function will be added to this in the following releases ...

All the Roms (E, U, J) I downloaded had an increased game speed.
On emulators Windows, after turning on PAL (50Hz), these same Roms operate at normal speed.
I did not find such a function in batocera.
