Problem changing Language/Region on Citra

I enter config menu with F1 and select Citra Region Auto-Select and Languange Spanish. In My Windows PC works fine but in Batocera, when I launch a game the Region automatically changes to KOR. I want play PAL games in Spanish. Some solution?

Batocera should be telling Citra to be using the language that you’ve set in ES, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. Probably needs further investigation.

In ES i have Spanish, all my systems are in Spanish.

I also have the same problem, unable to change the region, mine every time I restart a game is positioned on CHN, I tried to change it from applications, but it keeps getting back on CHN, does anyone have any solutions?

Still without solution. I updated to Batocera 35 and the problem persists. Somebody have some solution?

Libretro Citra, Citra Standalone or both?
Are you able to manually change the language in the emulator settings?

I changed manually and saved configuration, but when I launch from emulationstation the language changes automatically to english again. I tested all solutions I found on internet.

I found the solution (and it was very easy):

For Citra Standalone:
first set the language in Batocera ES under System Settings, Language
then while in Batocera ES main system selection press F1 on keyboard and navigate to Applications, and open Citra-emu-config, there go to system and set the language to the one you want. Then exit Citra and the File Explorer and start a 3DS game with Citra Standalone.

For Libretro Citra:
After you have done the steps above (setting the language in Citra standalone and start a game at least once to check if the language is then correct) just copy the folder share/saves/3ds/citra-emu/nand to share/saves/3ds/Citra and replace all existing files of the nand-folder there.
