Problem Modify this 4k gamestick to run batocera

i try to moded/modify this 4k gamestick( 4kgamestick ,you can google it,it use sd card too for storage) and try installing x64 batocera and it wont run.I also tried Batocera Raspberry Pi 3 and stil it doesnt work..since i dont know what inside the gamestick. Some info i can find about it

mikakunin I see..so there is no batocera available for it right? or is there anything i can use with it? or not even batocera?

Well, you could keep using emuelec that came with it. They both use the same frontend anyway.

Also looking to mod a similar device.

It’s “marketed” as an M9 game console, but what’s actually inside is a “W6-V01” motherboard (generic Chinese, no info available), with an integrated RK3032 processor (older version of the RK3036) and “NANYA2137” RAM (NT5C128M16XP-01 chip ID). It appears to have a RetroArch install, but I can’t seem to figure out the base version. It does have MiniGui 3.0, if that helps :p

Basically, this emulator’s controls aren’t natively configurable, and the “UP” joystick direction appears to be triggering other buttons. For example, trying to fire up in Metroid also engages rockets, making the game (and many others) largely unplayable. So I’d love to edit the config or replace the entire install with something that better utilizes resources (several games are choppy on the underpowered RK3032).
