Playing old PC games with keyboard and mouse

Hi all, I am interested in building a retro console with a rasberry 4 and Batocera and would like to know if I could play some Ms-dos PC games with a keyboard and mouse plugged into the raspberry. I’m not sure if Batocera will allow this so thanks in advance for answering me (as I don’t want to spend money if I can’t do it). Have a nice day all :)

Alkimedes412 I use a keyboard with touchpad via USB dongle. Works without any issues and no setup (like for controllers) is necessary. I can’t imagine there would be any issue if it’s wired.
