Wifi Error Odroid Xu4

Hi,
I have been using Odroid wifi dongles to connect to the internet. I input all of the info correctly.... but it will not connect. Instead of an IP address I get some weird code. Can anyone help me?

Here is a picture of the error. Again, the dongles I have are from the Odroid branded dongles.

This is not some weird code but this is an IPv6 address.

i get this automatic ip when there is not way to identify on the network.
it was reported that batocera doesn't support wpa (wpa2 only). can you check it ?

Yes I will check it. It is my cable company's wireless router. Is there any way to change this manually to work with wpa2?

it works with wpa2, it's with wpa that it is reported to not work as far as i remember.

nadenislamarre Bonjour Jean Denis. Je reporte la même erreur que certains autres depuis la dernière MAJ: le wifi qui jusque là marchait bien refuse de se connecter car il ajoute 4 caractères aléatoires devant ma clé wifi, j'ai beau les supprimer et valider ça revient toujours. Y a t'il un fichier de conf qu'on puisse éditer pour écraser ce comportement?

nadenislamarre you have that backwards. wpa works not wpa2

tu peux modifier directement recalbox.conf
dans /var/lib/connman (je ne suis plus sur du repertoire) tu peux trouver le mot de passe en clair dans le fichier de conf final de connman, ca te permettra de voir si les login/password passés à connman sont bon ou pas.
