Im using v35 (RC) stick with that one for now.
v36 dev is now available but I wouldnt recommend flashing that one yet. Has issues.
PSP for the PS7000 you can pretty much forget really,I tested quite a lot on the PS7000.
Libretro PPSSPP is really a no go,you also have stand alone PPSSPP on the PS7000.
This one works but for the handful of PSP that work well you still need to keep res at 1x and frameskip to 1.
So I woudnt get a PS7000 is PSP is your priority.
PSP mini’s fare a little better, quite a few of those run OK.
As for Genesis/MegaDrive. you have option for Libretro Picodrive and Genesisplusgx yeah.
Works well overall but the PS7000 limitation causes issues with any system you are emulating when using Batocera, meaning that after after booting a handful of games youll find the next one flickers or freezes the screen, reboot and that game now runs.
Or,sometimes even the first game I tried freezes,I have to reboot and then try again and it now works.
This could be cause Im using v35 which isnt released as stable version yet..will see when its release as stable and Ill test to see if that still happens.
But really I think thats has to be a limit of the system hardware. Perhaps future versions of Batocera may improve it,dont know.
Id still rather run Batocera on it though cause of the more systems you can play, the UI etc..all that stuff.
