Dolphin triforce not saving controller configuration

Hi, when I save controller config on dolphin triforce, no matter if running game or from F1, always it resets to a default file GCPadNew.ini… there I see “Main Stick/Right = ``” that `` should say `Hat 0 E`, I edit it while game running, or not running, save, and then, when open triforce game again, dolphin restores GCPadNew.ini file to Main Stick/Right = ``

Hope be clear… any help with this?

Having a similar issue trying to remap controls in the Supermodel config file. Changing the config file doesn’t seem to do anything, it reverts back.

(my objective is to remap the racing game controls for Sega Model 3 Daytona USA 2, to use triggers for accel/brake instead of left stick up/down)
