Been using Batocera (currently on 35) for a short while and been enjoying some nostalgia.
Happily enjoying GameCube at 1080p with no problems.
Running in to an issue though playing some scrolling shooters in Naomi. Experiencing some slowdown and have tried a variety of settings. Even keeping the resolution low and enhancements off/auto, games such as Border Down can drop by half to 30 FPS.
Tried switching between graphics and happens in both Vulcan and OGL. The only thing that seems to work is using Flycast on its own but that doesn’t give as many enhancements options.
Unless it’s trickier to run than I might realise I feel I should have enough power to run this with an i7 (older 4790k) and a T600 GPU.
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
