i cant get past splash screen on my version

Hello iam a new user and i have put my image file toa 4tb external drive usb.

when i go into bios and switch to suggested settings to boot

i boot upto splash screen then all i see in upper left hand side is batocea plus. i am abe to goto f2 f3 asking for login i enter root and linux for password.

but it wont boot any farther than the splash screen. i do have a asus zenbook laptop with a nvidia gefofrce gtx video card..

did i do someting wrong or is there a problem loading with my hardware.? i have searchedall over for a fix or commands to bootit up. ia am on windows pc and as far as i knowive done all the steps correct i guess its a hardware issue that wont loa up … please i am asking fors ome guidence

i have seen a .con edit to changr nvidia settings buti am not able to find that info again its eluding me…

streetmedic i see in upper left hand side is batocea plus

batocera plus is a fork of batocera. please ask in batocera plus forum (if one exist, i don’t know) or batocera plus discord for help/support.
