Remapping Controls via Config file not 'taking'

Hi Guys,

Anyone else had/solved this issue?

I’m trying to remap the racing game controls in the Supermodel config file, to run the Sega Model 3 emulator (Daytona USA 2) with accelerate and brake on the triggers rather than having to use the left stick default controls.

Easy enough to edit the right lines in the config file, and it saves that happily. But when launching the game the controls have not changed, and after quitting the game I find the config file has changed back to default.

The remap just won’t ‘take’.

Any ideas?
