Implementing an updateder from my own server

not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but here it is.
So I am using Batocera as the OS for my own console. I would like to know if there is a way to point the updater to my own server so my users can pull down updates i create.
Adding ROMs, UI updates, etc?

If you’re only caring about secondary stuff like ROMs and themes, then you could instead just use pacman packages from the content downloader: https://wiki.batocera.org/create_pacman_package#hosting_your_own_repository
