Themes Downloader Empty List

I’ve just installed Batocera on Raspberry Pi 2 Model B, then I’ve tried to download a new Theme, but I cannot do it, on Themes Downloader Window, it shows nothing, just the BACK button on bottom window.

Anyone knows how to solve this issue?

Usually, this is just a network issue. Ensure you are connected to the internet, and try again.

If it’s still not working, then it might be a more serious issue. Could you ping the intended site from the Pi itself via SSH? https://batocera.org/themes.php

Hi Atari,

Yes, my batocera is connected via Ethernet. I’ve connected through other services with success.
Only the Themes Downloader Windows doesn’t show any themes files to download.
I’ve done what you indicated, I connected via via SSH, ping batocera.org with success and curl -k https;//batocera.org/themes.php with success as well.

I think it could be any misconfigured config file, don’t you think?
But I don’t have any idea where and which file is.

Thank you for confirming that. This could be a serious issue then. I’ll let the devs know.

In the meantime, if you truly feel like debugging, could you do a factory reset? https://wiki.batocera.org/troubleshooting#factory_reset This would ensure that it’s not a configuration issue.
