Scraper doesn't work on NeoGeo/Libretro

I had a 5.9 this morning and decided to update to 5.11...
Since then, my NeoGeo XML got totally wiped (it is blank right now) and I can't Scrape NeoGeo roms anymore.
Fortunately, I still have the Libretro XML intact but when I select to Scrape games already scraped, it doesn't show no option to choose...
Already tried to delete XML file and images folder, tried all servers to scrape but with no success at all.
I'm really not sure exactly what happened. Can someone give me a light?

Just tried Universal XML Scraper: it downloaded all images again but XML file is intact.
XML file is still blank and untouched.

hum, there is nothing new about it in the last versions.
however, i've already seen a blank xml file causing an issue. just remove them. there is a bug around it.
