Nvidia drivers work with Geforce 6200?

Currently I use Batocera 30 old pc using Mesa drivers, I can not activate NVIDIA drivers or with “NVIDIA-driver=true” Black screen is left on startup. Any suggestions?

For v30, nvidia-driver (450.66) supports it. 6200 is 304, so I don’t think it’s compatible.
Someone has tried to implement a 304 driver in the past, but it doesn’t seem to be successful.

Thanks a lot! Then I should change the minimum graphics card to a Geforce GT 710 I was researching is compatible with that graphics card. My question is my mother is compatible with that graphics card?

Looking at the manual
PCI Express seems to be limited to x4 mode.
I think that it is possible to install it, but I think that the performance of Geforce GT 710 cannot be used at all.

Ok! Testing Batocera version 5.25 old x86 enabling “NVIDIA-driver=true” The result was normal Batocera starts but with a refresh rate at 5fps I think the default resolution is high, The performance is not good.

The information is OpenGL 3.3(Core Profile) Mesa 19.2.7
