HDMI works, but not 3.5mm audio jack

Using latest 3.5 build on T95+ max S905X3 chip, and having audio issues. Did some searching and noticed that it’s been an issue for years now.

I can get audio fine out of HDMI, but nothing out of the 3.5mm audio jack. Even when I have the audio jack plugged in, sounds still comes out of HDMI.

Anybody know a fix for this short of buying an HDMI to VGA/audio splitter? I have one, but don’t want to push VGA to my machine.

Not sure if this will help you, but I run my HDMI audio into my TV, and then, use the TV’s 3.5mm jack to route audio from the TV to an external amp, then to the speakers. It actually works pretty well.

The RCA port is not supported in any capacity.

Boards which do have functionality have them from being included in the base drivers, not something I’ve seen much development for in the s905×3 line.
