In general, Batocera supports boards of manufacturers who collaborate with Batocera. The “best way” is when the hardware creator comes to Batocera to work out how to port Batocera to the board, but that pretty much never happens. The next best thing is the manufacturer sending donation boards over to Batocera’s dev team so that they can start working on porting to it; it’s usually pretty slow if issues are encountered (they are pretty much guaranteed to happen because most boards are using some weird special patched version of an old Linux kernel).
To my knowledge, neither of those things have happened (yet). So, probably not for the foreseeable future.
