no game starts just back to menu fresh install 1st usage

as title said its a fresh install i never used stuff like that before

stock games do not start installed new games do not start at all it just go back to menu again

used PC HP 6005 Pro MT PC with Quadro FX 4600 GPU

system installed on 128GB SSD by SanDisk

What do the log files say? (see wiki troubleshooting)

where can i locate this log file as i said i never used that type of system before

update:

found some bios collection by chance placed them in the system

seems it fixed PSX games i had and PSP as well but still NES not running yet
