Updating issue

G22

I've plugged in my ethernet cable and I get an IP. I go to System Settings > Updates > Start Update.

It says there's no update and that I'm on the latest version but when I go to Information and check the version is 5.10. Am I doing something incorrectly?

i guess that this may be related to some server and ssl issue that the webmaster is working on.
