Hi!
I am new to batocera, and it is something really different than other GNU/Linux Distros, so it is pretty hard to get into it.
I have bought a Wii U Adapter for GameCube Controllers and I want it to be used as Controller Inputs for Dolphin, so Wii AND GameCube.
I have added the corresponding udev-rule, mentioned here: https://wiki.batocera.org/systems:gamecube#gamecube_adapter_for_wii_u_usb_passthrough
Also, I have added these options to the batocera.conf:
gamecube.dolphin_
port_
1_type=12
…
gamecube.dolphin
_port_4
_type=12
(sorry for the spaces, the editor of the forum seams to not like ‘_’ )
but still, when launched with EmulationStation, only my main Controller gets “attached” to dolphin.
When launched from dohlphin-emu-config, I can select the Wii U Adapter and it can be used as Input for GameCube and Wii.
Edit: the udev-rule should be setup correctly, lsusb lists the controller with the same properties as in the udev-rule..
also, the options in batocera.conf should also be set right, I have copy&pasted them many times and also wrote them down by hand..
also setting up pad profiles (Port1: Standard Controller, in Settings: Device: [the wii u adapter port 1], profile: port1) doesn’t work..
