Installed Batocera onto an HP 23-h120 All-in-One I picked up. I upgraded the RAM and CPU from an i3-4130T with 4GB or RAM to an i7-4765T and 16GB of RAM. In windows, everything on screen looks just fine—normal as any other display. When I installed Batocera onto an SSD and booted it up, everything on screen was jagged, back and forth.
It’s a 1080p screen. There’s no other video output options, this screen is it. When I follow the display issues guide, it reports back that my screen has a very odd refresh rate of 59.03Hz. (Yes, a zero.)
Anyone seen anything like this before? Any help or further guidance?
