F1 for File Manager freezes, also no Share Partition?

Hello!

Just starting first time with Batocera. I read that I will need to make a first startup and en eh user / share partition will automatically expand. After that I can add games there, either with F1 or with my Windows via drag and drop.

Now I think there was no message of expanding anything. I went directly into the main menu.

Now when I press F1 the whole software crashes, just black screen.

Now when I am in Windows 11 I will just see the Boot Partition.

So 2 Questions:

Is F1 crashing because there is no share partition so far?
How do I get the share partition now? very new Bootup is not expanding anything?

What does System Settings, Information say about disk usage?
Which version of batocera do you use and did you download it from the official batocera website or from somewhere else?

Not sure what is System Settings, Information?

When I go to the Datenträgerverwaltung which probably means storage data management I get the following thing:

So it means 108 GB is still empty, which should be probably Batocera user data / share data?

I’m using the official from this website, V35 and I’m on Windows 11 Pro. Installed on some Tiny PC (Lenovo Thinkcentre m710q).

When I first load Batocera it will always freeze just before loading the logo completely. Then it is black for 2 minutes. Something like here:

Then it loads again and I am in the main menu. But seems the share partition was not expanded, as pressing F1 always makes it crash to black screen.

EDIT:
Secure Boot is off in BIOS. But did not find Fast Boot anywhere. Any other stuff that could be a problem?

In Batocera. Press start on your controller or spacebar on a connected keyboard and then navigate to System Settings, Information and there you can see User Disk Usage and System Disk Usage.

Sadly I just have my keyboard and the controllers will arrive tomorrow. I guess it would be the button at the outermost left. Is there a way to get there with Keyboard?

Hier sind 230 mb / 106 GB belegt - also vermutlich nix expanded?

Ich versuche auch die Bild-Einfüge Option für direkte Anzeige zu machen aber des klappt iwi net - zumindest mit dieser Webseite ibb.co

Nee, sieht alles gut aus bei dir!
Weil wenn es nicht expanded worden wäre, dann würde bei Benutzerdaten-Verbrauch rechts neben dem “/” irgendwas mit 256MB oder so stehen. In deinem Fall z.B. 203MB / 256MB oder so ähnlich. Aber bei dir sieht es gut aus, weil rechts 106GB steht.

Also das mit dem Problem, dass F1 zum Freeze führt hab ich schon öfter gelesen, aber leider weiß ich nicht, ob und was da die Lösung für dieses Problem war. Muss ich nochmal suchen, wo jemand zuletzt dieses Problem hatte und wie/ob er es gelöst bekommen hat. Eventuell kommst du einfach mal in den Discord Channel und fragst dort unter #help-and-support nach. Hier im Forum sind leider nicht so viele Leute aktiv.

Hallo! Ja das hat sich nun erstmal erledigt. Ich habe es auf nem anderen PC starten können und nun alle Spiele drauf. Leider habe ich dort noch paar Probleme, aber dazu eröffne ich dann ein Thema für das Problem.

Habe leider kein Discord, deshalb gehe hier den etwas mühsameren Weg.

Discord kannst du doch auch übern Browser am PC nutzen
