Tinker Dear author: I have a question about how to add new cores in batocera-linux. My raspberry Pi3 cant play DC and N64's games.DC game doesn't work and will be black screen.N64 game cant work well like Pokemon Stadium(the screen blurred)and hotkey which can return to RA is invalid.I download some cores that can work these games well, but i dont konw how to replace the original cores.
nadenislamarre batocera comes how it is. the logic is not to add cores on that buildin image. for n64 games, it's strange, can you check if changing videooutput to default helps in the file recalbox.conf ?
Tinker nadenislamarre thank u author,I'll try.Emmmm...And how about DC games? It doesn't work. One more thing is how to call you? Feel the author isn't kind, ha ha
Tinker nadenislamarre ok nicolas,my DC test rom is Dead or Alive 2,i cant work it,u could try.And another quesrtion i have a doubt is that the /recalbox/share/system/.config/retroarch/cores is the cores's list?If it is,how can i use list's cores?
nadenislamarre it's not the list. the list is more in /recalbox/share_init/system/.emulationstation/es_system.cfg
Tinker nadenislamarre kk,thank u nicolas~and convenient to talk about the difference between the share and share_int?
nadenislamarre share_init helps to build the share, but it's not just a copy and past. everything is here : https://github.com/batocera-linux/batocera.linux/blob/master/board/recalbox/fsoverlay/etc/init.d/S12populateshare
