I have 2 issues:
1. My Batocera always freezes when I start it the 1. time after I was on windows. Then it is frozen for like 3 minutes and then reboots. From there on I can use it just normally until I will again load Windows inbetween.
I googled and found this is an issue that also appeared in forums at 2021 and 2022. So what can I do against this?

2. How can I set a Controller Layout for just 1 single game or at least 1 single emulator?
Exactly this is what is described here:

But it is limited to MAME and Libretro/MAME (no idea what that is, seems Arcade stations) and Capcom games. I think Chaos Legion is my only Capcom game and I never play it.
So how can I get this for ALL games on ALL consoles? Possible or impossible
