Intro Videos out of sync/slow on ASUS Mini PC PN50

Hi I have an ASUS Mini PC PN50, running V36 and have been for sometime.  THe only problem I have had so far with any of the Batocera running on this machine is the intro videos.   They play out of sync and slow at the same time on this machine.  I have 32GB RAM and it's on a 2TB SSD (Not the M.2).

Will this be ever fixed in future versions or is there a setting I can set or whatever to get this synced? I know, I know you can disable the videos and you won’t have a problem. HOWEVER I do like the videos.. :)

What are the hardware specs of your machine?
Can you test your batocera drive on another machine, to see, if the same happens there? (Just to rule out the drive as cause)
And do you use a 4K TV? If so, could you test on a 1080P TV?

My specs are:   Asus Mini PC PN50

                        AMD Ryzen 4700U, 32GB DDR4 3200 RAM, 2TB Silcon-Power SSD (NOT M.2).

                       Yes, it is hooked up to a 4K TV and no I am not able to test on a non 4K TV or monitor at this time, 

                       I have tested the Hard drive on another machine with the same set up and they work fine.  Just not the
                       ASUS Mini PC will no play them correctly.  Plays the audio fine but video is really really slow. 


                      I have tried other SSDs install internal like this one and externally using the USB C 3.1 port.  Same results.

Okay, so on another machine it is working fine.
Then i would try to get a 1080p TV or Monitor for testing purpose. Because if it then the video still is slow, then you know, that it must have something to do with the PN50 itself.
You could also test with older versions of batocera, like 35, 34 or 33

    OKay I was just able to test the machine on a 1440p screen.  Video/Audio are sync, and as you asked it does this with any version.   So I think it's right it has something to do with this machine?  Because I am newb when it comes to Linux and stuff like this.  Is there a script or code I can eject that would force the video to play in 1440p instead of 4K which is what it's doing.
