Help with the Apple II and Apple IIGS emulation

I just have one question and I don’t know if it’s easy to use or not. I’m am new to Batocera so here goes.

How do you play multiple disk games in the Apple II and Apple IIgs emulator. I want to play the original Ultima and it was two disks and some Apple IIgs games you have to load the GSOS then launch the game from another disk.
