Just a little update.
So I installed a 2.5″ SSD internally and migrated the Batocera install to that drive and then installed windows 10 (tiny10) to the NVME and currently all works well using my new logitech K400 media keyboard for BIOS boot selection. So the next step will be a GRUB style boot manager for selecting windows or batocera on power up.
on a side note, the performance on this little box is really impressive. BOTW is running at 1080p on batocera and the steam titles like stray, far lone sales and the lego games are running just as well on the windows side. Wont be playing cyberpunk on it or anything but generally speaking this is a excellent little machine.
